They meet in labs, darkened rooms, and the Municipality cellar and construct a theoretical experimental arrangement. At the same time, a young woman with bleached hair and headphones, carrying on her back a shield with the lion emblem of the city, roams the streets and takes measurements. The video was inspired by the biblical story of the fall of the walls of Jericho.
